At Alchemy of Jewels, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations may occur—making every item uniquely yours.

✨ Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

💌 How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Earrings

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly make it right.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

  • Alchemy of Jewels is not responsible for items lost in return shipping

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to request a change shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
